I'm overwhelmed with all this. Can I delegate this to my assistant?
I am really on board with The Ten Client Deliverables™ (TCD) and The Three Meeting Process™ (TMP), but I do admit that I was feeling a bit overwhelmed as well.
I think I'm going to just start scheduling The Three Meeting Process™ (TMP) let my Adminsitrative Manager (my assistant) run with it. Will this work?
Delegating The Three Meeting Process™ (TMP) to your assistant is a great idea. That's really what I recommend so that Advisors can spend more time enhancing their relationships with their ideal clients and finding more of them.
Just be certain to schedule dress rehearsals for every client progress meeting at least a week before the scheduled meeting time to review all the meeting prep that has been created by your Administrative Manager.
